Security-first
Security comes first in everything we build. We work to the industry’s best security practices and run regular security audits. Each person sees only what their role allows, and you can see everyone who has access to your hotel. You get an email whenever someone signs in, and the Audit Log keeps every sign-in, including failed attempts. Repeated wrong passwords lock the account.

Every action, logged
Who did what, and when, with the value before and after. The log can’t be edited or deleted, so a rate change, a voided payment or a cancelled booking always has a name and a time next to it.

Reliable by design
If your front desk and a guest on your booking page try for the last room at the same moment, only one gets it. A guest who pays on your website and then loses the page still gets the booking. If an OTA connection fails five times in a row, it pauses and tries again after 15 minutes, instead of hammering the OTA.

With two rooms and no OTAs, a register can be enough for now. Mostly, yes. Hotel PMS (property management system), hotel management system and hotel management software are names for the same thing: the software that runs your reservations, front desk, housekeeping, billing and reports. Some vendors use "hotel management system" for a wider set of tools. In SutraStack the PMS, the channel manager and the booking engine work from the same login and the same room calendar.
